Are there Optional Shipping Methods Available?
Depending on the product purchased there are several shopping methods available to customers. We offer a standard courier service which provides safe and secure shipping with proof of delivery provided for the peace of mind of both seller and buyer. Shipping within the EU currently stands at between 3-10 days. If the buyer requires a faster shipping time they must inform Gigaddy at the time of purchase. This may incur further fees for faster shipping. Shipping of items like perfumes to countries outside of the EU is provided by fewer couriers so fewer options are available.
Yes we ship internationally. Deliveries outside of the EU may result in the buyer being subjected to import duties depending on taxes imposed by your country of residence. Gigaddy does not have any control over these measures nor can be held responsible for same. International Shipping has been experiencing considerable delays as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Current Estimated Processing, Shipping and Delivery Times
Once full payment has been received by Gigaddy the processing of the transaction then commences. Processing consists of comparing the item purchased with that shown on the invoice. The invoice is then forwarded to our warehouse where the correct product is then selected from our warehouse, packed and prepared for shipping. If the buyer has requested or chosen a different delivery method or faster shipping any additional associated costs are estimated at this stage. After this payment has been made, processing of orders takes approximately 1-2 working days as couriers normally pick up several items at a time from the warehouse. Currently shipping within the EU varies between 3-10 days. Delays have been experienced as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. International Shipping to countries outside of the EU also varies (between 5-15 days). International Shipping has also been experiencing considerable delays as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Gigaddy accepts payments from consumers’ debit or credit cards which are processed through PayPal and Stripe payment processing platforms.
How does Gigaddy Protect Consumers’ Online Purchases?
Yes, buyers can be assured that all of their payments are processed through regulated payment processing platforms. Payment processing platforms like Stripe and PayPal allow merchants to accept credit card payments on their apps and websites. Gigaddy pay % fees to provide consumers with PayPal and Stripe payment processing platforms to provide consumers with 100% security and protection.

How to Place and Pay for an Order on Gigaddy
Buyers have the option to make a one-off purchase or buyers can register to set up an account with Gigaddy which will safely and securely retain buyers purchase account information for return visits, to track their orders and/or keep a record of their purchases. Once you select the product you wish to purchase you simply add the item to your cart where you can continue shopping or go directly to the checkout where buyers can complete their order by choosing to pay via PayPal or Stripe.
Can I Cancel or Change my Order at any Time?
If a customer places an item in their cart or basket they have not committed to completing a sale therefore they can remove the item at any time providing that they have not proceeded to complete their purchase via PayPal or Stripe. Once the PayPal/Stripe transaction has been completed the buyer has committed to the purchase of this item and Gigaddy cannot guarantee the completion of a full refund. Consumers have the option to cancel or return their unopened/unused item within 14 days of delivery to be entitled to a refund of their item. Buyer retains the responsibility for all shipping costs.
Do Consumers need to Sign Up for an Account to Place an Order?
No, Buyers have the option to make a one-off purchase or buyers can register to set up an account with Gigaddy. Registering to sign up for an account safely and securely retain buyers’ purchase account information (for return visits, to track their orders and/or keep a record of their purchases).
Can Consumers Track Their Orders Online?
Once processing of the order has commenced in our Warehouse the couriers are notified of items which have been prepared for collection. Once the items have been picked up by the courier they are shipped to the courier’s depot where the parcel/packaged is processed, recorded and scanned to generate a Tracking Number. Once this tracking Number has been generated it will be provided back to the warehouse. The warehouse will then provide the tracking number to Gigaddy who will then provide the Tracking number to the consumer. The consumer can then Track and Trace the item once it leaves the courier’s depot and is released into their network.
Can I Return a Product to Gigaddy?
Consumers have the option to cancel or return their unopened/unused item within 14 days of delivery to be entitled to a refund of their item. Buyer retains the responsibility for all shipping costs. The item will only be refunded if Gigaddy deems the item to have been returned in an unopened and/or unused condition. All items are well packed to ensure safe and secure delivery. However if the consumer’s package appears to show external damage they are to indicate this to the driver and ensure that this is recorded on the delivery docket or digitally indicating that the damage occurred during the shipping process. The note should specify Package Materially damaged if such visible signs are present. Not informing the courier on signing delivery docket as showing signs of damaged and later presenting pictures showing visible damage not reported on delivery could result in the notification as being automatically rejected. This is an essential and integral process in order for the company to record the fault. If necessary the consumer can also open a dispute with the courier company within 5 days of the delivery.
